Products and Services

UCAT’s SCR series of specialized Nitrogen Oxide (NOx), Carbon Monoxide (CO), Volatile Organic Compound (VOC), and multi-functional (NOx, CO, VOC) catalysts are highly efficient with demonstrated capability of reducing NOx, CO and VOC’s emissions > 95% at a low ammonia slip while operating from 300 to 1,100 degrees F. UCAT SCR catalyst series provides a high activity and threshold for poisonous constituents in the flue gas along with the lowest SO2 to SO3 conversion catalyst.

UCAT’s uniquely corrugated, fiber reinforced titania-based ceramic catalyst when combined with UCAT’s ammonia injection technology are integral to achieving ultra-low nitrogen oxide emissions. UCAT’s multi-functional catalyst ensures energy-efficient removal of NOx, CO, VOC from air and waste gas streams at the lowest possible pressure loss.
