Babcock Power Inc. Announces Appointment of President & CEO at Vogt Power International Inc.

Christopher Turner has been named new President and CEO of Vogt Power International Inc.

Louisville, KY, December 11, 2017 – Babcock Power Inc. has announced the appointment of Christopher Turner as President and CEO of Vogt Power International Inc., effective immediately. Chris will relieve Michael LeClair who temporarily stepped into this position earlier this year while maintaining his responsibilities as President and CEO of Babcock Power.

With his vast experience at Vogt Power, Chris has earned this position through hard work and dedication. As part of the leadership team, he recently served as Vice President of Engineering and was responsible for all technical aspects of Vogt product design and development. Chris started at Vogt Power in 2008 as Account Manager in Louisville, Kentucky and went on to hold various leadership positions including Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Director of Operations. Chris also previously worked at both General Electric and American Air Filter International.  

Chris has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering, graduating Magna cum Laude from the University of Kentucky College of Engineering and holds an MBA from Bellarmine University.
