Late partnership news: Sulzer, GE; NAES, CC Jensen

GE selects Sulzer to repair LM5000 power turbines

Sulzer signs an agreement with GE to become the exclusive licensed repair provider for the LM5000 power turbine. Repairs will be done at Sulzer’s Houston Service Center. The announcement is timely, given the Western Turbine Users conference is only a month away (March 15-18) in Long Beach, Calif. This, the world’s largest technical meeting and exhibition for owner/operators of GE LM engines, has a breakout track dedicated to the LM5000.
